Proteins!

We learned that proteins do build muscle, but excess protein does not build bigger muscles. I had no idea about that. I thought eating lots of protein would make someone have large muscle mass, but it doesn't. Body builders and athletes do need extra amounts of protein in their diets, but it is usually accounted for in their daily diet. I don't think I would really use it it my everyday life because the extra protein I should be eating when doing sports is already producing protein.
